Terms & Conditions
Membership Fee. Members are required to pay an annual membership fee as determined by the MedTASA. The membership fee must be paid in full, in advance, and is non-refundable.
Membership Term. The initial membership term is for one year, starting from the date of payment of the membership fee. Membership will automatically renew for subsequent one-year terms unless the Member notifies the MedTASA of their intention to cancel at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
Membership Termination. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to the MedTASA at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current membership term. Members who cancel their membership will not be entitled to receive a refund of any portion of the membership fee.
Limitation of Liability. MedTASA is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Members as a result of using or not being able to use the Benefits. MedTASA does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of the Benefits offered by third-party vendors. Members are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting the products and services that best meet their needs.
Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights associated with the MedTASA services, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material, are owned by the MedTASA. Members may not use or reproduce any of the MedTASA intellectual property without prior written consent.
Indemnification. Members agree to indemnify and hold the MedTASA harmless from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Benefits or their violation of any terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Modification of Terms. MedTASA reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the MedTASA website. Continued use of the Benefits after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa , without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the Republic of South Africa.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the MedTASA and the Member regarding the membership and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By becoming a Member of the MedTASA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
